Indictments charging defendant with involuntary manslaughter and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before WRIGHT, J. Appeal, No. 1555, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1972, Nos. 1009 and 1010. Argued December 6, 1973.
