Indictments charging defendant with corrupting the morals of a minor, assault and battery with intent to ravish, assault and battery and resisting arrest. Before IVINS, J. Appeals, Nos. 927 and 928, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1971, Nos. 837 and 838. Argued March 20, 1974.
