Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before GATES, P.J. Appeal, No. 573, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, No. 53 of 1973. Argued December 8, 1975.
