Indictments charging defendant with rape, wantonly pointing a firearm and carrying a concealed firearm without a license. Before MUNSON, J. Appeal, No. 511, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 225 of 1972. Argued November 13, 1973.
