Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. Before EARLEY, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Order entered dismissing defendant's petition to withdraw guilty plea. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 866, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, Nos. 348 and 360 of 1976. Submitted November 14, 1977.
