Robbery, burglary, theft, aggravated assault and battery, felonious restraint, corruption of minors, possession of an instrument of crime and criminal conspiracy. Before CIRILLO, J. No. 1809 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 3765 of 1975. Submitted March 21, 1980.
