Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, indecent exposure, burglary, criminal trespass and open lewdness. Before DIGGINS, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of simple assault and indecent assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 807, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Nos. 70-76(B) and 70-76(A) of 1976. Argued September 13, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
