Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to kill, playfully pointing a firearm and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before CHALFIN, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 670, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1973, Nos. 1553, 1554, and 1574 to 1576. Submitted June 12, 1974.
