Indictments charging defendant with violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, aggravated and simple assault, forgery and fraudulent use of credit cards. Before BROWN, S. J., non-jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1747, October T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 70 of 1978. Submitted December 8, 1978.
