Indictments charging defendant with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, corruption of minors and statutory rape. Before CLARKE, J. Verdict of guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors and not guilty of statutory rape and indecent assault. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 697, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7502033A. Argued November 16, 1976.
