Indictments charging defendant with robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, conspiracy, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before BIUNNO, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery, criminal conspiracy, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault and aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1149, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1974, Nos. 1312 to 1316, inclusive. Submitted December 16, 1975.
