Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods, and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Before LYON, J. Appeal, No. 283, April T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, No. 866 of 1971. Argued November 13, 1973.

Conviction affirmed and original sentence of two to four years reinstated.
