Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, rape and administering drugs for the purpose of committing a felony. Before HABERSTROH, J. Appeals, Nos. 1288 and 1289, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, June T., 1972, Nos. 107 and 108. Argued September 13, 1973.
