Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before SCHEIRER, J. Appeal, No. 1278, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, No. 18 of 1974. Argued December 11, 1975.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
