ORDER

AND NOW, this 21st day of July, 2020, in consideration of the "Motion to Withdraw as Counsel," this matter is REMANDED to the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County for that court to determine whether Jose Ramon's current counsel should be granted leave to withdraw. The Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County is DIRECTED to enter its order regarding this remand within 90 days and to promptly notify this Court of its determination.
