Indictments charging defendants with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, unlawful possession of burglary tools, carrying concealed deadly weapons and conspiracy. Before SCIRICA, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 336, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1973, No. 541. Argued March 19, 1974.
