Indictments charging defendant with violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act and criminal conspiracy. Before DAVENPORT, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 104, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct. T., 1975, No. 5549. Submitted June 23, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
