Indictments charging defendants with robbery while armed by violence and with accomplice, larceny, assault and battery, and conspiracy. Before SAND, J. Appeals, Nos. 1589 and 1590, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, May T., 1972, Nos. 786, 787, 788 and 789. Submitted September 11, 1973.
