The order entered on October 18, 1994, denying the defendant's motion to withdraw guilty plea and for new trial is affirmed; the order that entered on March 7, 1995, denying the defendant's motion for reconsideration of the aforementioned motion is affirmed; the order that entered on May 31, 1996, denying the defendant's renewed motion to withdraw guilty plea and for new trial is affirmed.
International Brotherhood of Correctional Officers, Local 248 vs. Labor Relations Commission another. No. 96-P-1265. The October 24, 1995, order of the commission dismissing the appeal is affirmed.
