Indictments charging defendant with aggravated and simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, and unlawful carrying of a firearm. Before MacPHAIL, P.J. Verdicts of guilty as to aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, and unlawful carrying of firearms. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 63, March T., 1978, from the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, No. CC-221-77. Submitted March 12, 1979.
