The judgment on count B of the complaint is vacated and the matter is remanded to the District Court for resentencing on the lesser included offense of possession of marijuana. The convictions on counts C and D of the complaint are reversed, the verdicts are set aside, and judgment shall enter for the defendant on those counts.
