Criminal proceedings. Indecent assault, simple assault, possessing instruments of crime, burglary and rape. Before GOLDMAN, J. No. 488 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Nos. 1060-1062, Feb. T., 1979.
