Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before WRIGHT, J. Appeals, Nos. 112, 1054, and 1055, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1969, Nos. 750 to 752, inclusive. Argued December 13, 1971.
