Criminal proceedings. Criminal conspiracy, possessing instruments of crime, recklessly endangering another person, arson, burglary, incendiary devices, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Before REED, Jr., J. No. 2110 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, No. 6147 of 1976. Argued September 11, 1979.
