Criminal proceedings. Unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, robbery and rape. Defendant's motion to dismiss on the grounds of double jeopardy denied. Before KUBAKI and GOLDMAN, JJ. Nos. 1959 and 2001 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the orders of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1978, Nos. 1597-1598 and Dec. T., 1979, Nos. 1593-1596, 1599 and 1601.
