Indictment charging defendant with aggravated assault. Before MIHALICH, J. Verdict of guilty. Defendant's post-trial motions denied by the court en banc and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 384, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, April T., 1976, No. 497. Submitted October 26, 1978.
