Indictment charging defendant with aggravated assault, weapons offenses and corrupting the morals of minors. Before RIBNER, J. Verdict of guilty of aggravated assault and possessing instruments of crime and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1292, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 75-11-1755-58. Argued December 8, 1977.
