Proceedings on petition for return of money confiscated at time of arrest after indictments against defendant charging manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy were dismissed. Order by BLAKE, J., entered denying petition for return of property. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1825, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, No. 75-01-417. Argued December 8, 1976.
