Submitted April 10, 1978.

December 29, 1978.

Indictments charging defendant with two counts of theft, two counts of receiving stolen property, and the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Before O'BRIEN, J., without a jury. Defendant entered a guilty plea to one indictment charging theft and receiving stolen property. On the remaining indictments, defendant was found not guilty of theft and not guilty of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Defendant was found guilty of receiving stolen property and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 725, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7607347. Submitted April 10, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
