Indictment charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery, attempt with intent to murder, assault and battery, carrying concealed deadly weapons, and unlawfully resisting an officer. Before NIX, JR., J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 115 and 116, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Jan. T., 1968, Nos. 1472 and 1473. Argued September 15, 1969.
