The judgment on indictment 88-0358 is vacated, the verdict is set aside, and the indictment is dismissed. The sentence on indictment 88-0355 is vacated and the case is remanded for resentencing. The order denying without a hearing the defendant's "Motion to Vacate Plea and Judgment or in the Alternative to Revise and Revoke Sentences" is otherwise affirmed.
