Criminal proceedings. Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint and recklessly endangering another person. Before RIDGE, J. No. 609 Pittsburgh 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Criminal Division, No. 7907143A.
