Indictment charging defendant with receiving stolen property. Before BUCHER, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of disposing of property of another knowing that it had been stolen, and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 951, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 1419 of 1974. Submitted September 8, 1975.

Judgment of sentence reversed and the matter is remanded for a new trial. See Commonwealth v. Myers, 239 Pa. Super. 459, 361 A.2d 884 (1976).
