Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of operating privileges. Before MUELLER, JR., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1432, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 1403 of 1976. Argued September 15, 1977.

Judgment of sentence vacated.

The case is remanded for resentencing.
