Indictment charging defendant with delivering a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver. Before KOCH, J., specially presiding. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2451, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, No. 885 of 1976. Argued March 23, 1978.
