Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated assault, rape, and prowling at nighttime. Before BROMINSKI, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of rape and prowling at nighttime and remaining charges nol prossed and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1309, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Nos. 1569B and 1569C of 1976. Submitted September 12, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
