Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, robbery, aggravated assault and battery, obstructing a police officer, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before WRIGHT, J. Appeals, Nos. 1712 and 1713, Oct. T., 1972, and 83 to 87, inclusive, Oct. T., 1973, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, March T., 1971, Nos. 217, 221, and 212 to 216, inclusive. Argued March 29, 1973.
