Indictment charging defendant with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, conspiracy, robbery, and kidnapping. Before ANDERSON, J. Verdict of guilty of rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 203, Oct.
