Indictment charging defendant with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, conspiracy, robbery, and kidnapping. Before ANDERSON, J. Verdict of guilty of rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 203, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1976, Nos. 2231 and 2232. Argued September 12, 1978.
