Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a dangerous drug. Before CHERRY, P.J., specially presiding. Appeal, No. 211, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Centre County, No. 187 of 1973. Argued March 18, 1974.
