Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime, aggravated assault and robbery. Before BIUNNO, J., without a jury. Demurrer sustained to charge of possession of an instrument of crime and defendant found guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1515, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1976, Nos. 639, 641, and 642. Argued March 22, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.

HOFFMAN, J., would reverse as to robbery.
