Indictment charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen goods and forgery. Before MARSH, J. Appeal, No. 1728, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Jan. T., 1974, No. 96. Argued December 10, 1975.
