Indictments charging defendants with setting up a lottery, trafficking in lottery tickets, maintaining a gambling establishment, enticing persons to gamble and conspiracy. Before deFURIA, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 590, Oct. T., 1972, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Sept. T., 1970, Nos. 90 to 92, inclusive. Submitted March 19, 1973.
