Criminal proceedings. Recklessly endangering another person terroristic threats, simple assault, aggravated assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and possession of an instrument of crime. Before GUARINO, J. No. 1832 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, Nos. 1031/1033, 1035/1037, 1039/1041, Oct. T., 1979. Argued March 30, 1981.
