Indictments charging defendant with blackmail and other offenses. Before GOLDMAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty on two indictments of blackmail entered. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1948, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 710 and 713. Argued December 9, 1976.
