Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and aggravated robbery. Before BARBIERI, J. Appeals, Nos. 762 and 763, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1966, Nos. 222 and 226. Argued December 11, 1967.
