Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, attempt with intent to kill, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before BRADLEY, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 421, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1970, No. 750. Argued December 11, 1972.
