Indictments charging defendant with unlawfully carrying a firearm on a public street or place, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license, terroristic threats and unlawful possession of an instrument of crime. Before MIRARCHI, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1393, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, No. 1083. Submitted September 8, 1975.
