Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while his operating privileges were suspended and failing to stop at the scene of an accident. Before ACKER, J. Appeal, No. 251, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, March T., 1972, No. 109. Argued November 12, 1973.
