Indictments charging defendant with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before LORD, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 196, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 810 and 811. Submitted June 16, 1975.
