Criminal proceedings. Aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and a weapons offense. Before CARNEY, J. No. 535 Pittsburgh 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Criminal Division, No. 1497 of 1979.
